Trader Joe’s Tofu Veggie burger (found in refrigerated section): 4 points

Whitewheat hamburger bun: 1 point

Ketchup, Organic lettuce and tomato: 0 points

There was no information about cooking on the packaging, so I made it up. Sprayed a non-stick pan though the burger was greasy feeling. Cooked one side for 3 minutes then flipped and cooked for another 2 minutes. Delicious.

I served it with a side of canned cabbage that was expiring this month. After one bite, I decided it was expiring for a reason.

Today’s lunch option is garden burger or falafel wrap. I’m think the falafel wrap will be more satisfying but the garden burger is probably the healthier choice. However, when I get the garden burger I get fries. I think garden burger is 2? buns are 3?

I was hungry when I got home before TOPS so had the leftover capellini from the fridge. Had mostly the topping and fewer noodles so maybe fewer than 8 points worth.

Didn’t walk because was working on a client site.

Was hungry at 11:30 so had popcorn. Apple would have been better.

Those M&Ms… I didn’t like the wrap much. It was too heavy on spinach or something. It just didn’t satisfy but I thought it’d be better than the bean burger. I was probably wrong. Not enough protein maybe?

Dinner was at Village kabab. They gave me free dumpling things and I had a couple dipped in ketchup. The curry special was cauliflower and potato and it was a dry curry. No cream. Ate what I think was about a cup of it on a little rice.

I had half the naan so not sure what a piece is. I guess the whole naan is a piece. If so, then I used fewer points.

Hungry at 8:30. Going to buy a piece of fruit at breakfast for lunch. Have appt with Chiro at 12:30 so not sure what lunch I’ll get.

I got leftover roasted vegetable wrap. It had some white cheese on it. Lettuce. Various vegetables like asparagus and tomatoes. Spinach wrap.

Ate the apple at 4:30. So proud of myself.

Dinner was at Vinny’s. No breadsticks. Again. Proud. Not sure what 2 cups is though or why marinara is so high in points.
